Postnatal Pilates

Postnatal Pilates

Join me on my postnatal Pilates journey, starting from 2 weeks postpartum. There are two short classes for each week of the fourth trimester (2–12 weeks), designed to support you as your body recovers and rebuilds. The programme begins gently and gradually increases in challenge, helping you regain strength and confidence at a pace that feels supportive.

Classes are kept short, recognising how difficult it can be to find time to roll out your mat in the postnatal period. Throughout the series, you’ll be encouraged to listen to your body and move at your own pace, as every recovery is different and will depend on your body, experience, and the type of birth you had.

You may choose to begin the classes after being cleared at your 6-week check-up if that feels best for you. I can’t wait to move together x
