Postnatal Pilates #10 | Glutes and arms
Postnatal Pilates
•
14m
We begin with grounding breathwork and gentle twists in a seated position, before moving into side-lying leg work to build body control and glute strength, followed by a nourishing pretzel stretch to release. Between sides, we move through arm work in kneeling, before closing the class back where it started in sitting.
As always, please take the class at your own pace and rest whenever you need. Jess is 6 weeks postpartum while filming, but every postnatal recovery is different - listen to your body and do what feels right for you.
I hope you enjoy the class x
