Postnatal Pilates #4 | Stretchy flow
Postnatal Pilates
•
10m
This is a short, stretchy class with a focus on opening up the back and shoulders. We begin with gentle breathwork in a seated position and in four-point kneeling, before moving into rotational movements such as thread the needle and side-lying book openings.
This class is designed to feel like a gentle reset, helping you find space through the back of the body - an area that can often feel tight, especially in the postnatal period.
As always, please take the class at your own pace and rest whenever you need. Jess is 3 weeks postpartum while filming, but every postnatal recovery is different - listen to your body and do what feels right for you.
I hope you enjoy the class x
