We begin on our backs with breathwork and gentle stretches, before flowing into slow, controlled shoulder bridges with a focus on spinal articulation - particularly soothing if you’re experiencing any back discomfort. From there, we move into side-lying work to strengthen the lower body, with a mermaid stretch between sides to release.
The class finishes together in standing with sumo squats and lifted heels.
As always, please take the class at your own pace and rest whenever you need. Jess is 8 weeks postpartum while filming, but every postnatal recovery is different - listen to your body and do what feels right for you.
I hope you enjoy the class x
