Postnatal Pilates #6 | Grounding flow
Postnatal Pilates
•
15m
We begin in standing with gentle breathwork and heel raises to help you feel grounded, before moving down onto the mat for forward folds with a focus on spinal articulation. From there, we come into four-point kneeling for thread the needle rotations, flowing into a single-leg glute sequence. The class finishes back where it started, in standing.
As always, please take the class at your own pace and rest whenever you need. Jess is 4 weeks postpartum while filming, but every postnatal recovery is different - listen to your body and do what feels right for you.
I hope you enjoy the class x
