Postnatal Pilates #16 | Glutes & Mobility
Postnatal Pilates
•
18m
We begin seated with opening stretches for the neck and back, before moving into side-lying for a gentle book-opening stretch to continue creating space through the upper back. From there, the focus shifts to strengthening the glutes with a flowing clam sequence.
We finish the class in standing with sumo squats and a side-bend flow.
As always, please take the class at your own pace and rest whenever you need. Jess is 9 weeks postpartum while filming, but every postnatal recovery is different - listen to your body and do what feels right for you.
I hope you enjoy the class x
