Postnatal Pilates #21 | Standing Strength & Balance
Postnatal Pilates
•
15m
This standing class begins with gentle spinal mobility to help you feel more open, before progressing into standing abdominal and balance work. We then flow through squats into lunges to build lower-body strength, finishing with a stretch to release.
Take everything at your own pace and rest whenever you need. Jess is 11 weeks postpartum while filming, but every postnatal recovery is different - listen to your body and do what feels right for you.
I hope you enjoy the class x
