This standing Pilates class focuses on balance and lower-body strength. You may want to have a wall or chair nearby for extra support.
We begin with breathwork flowing into heel raises, before moving into standing marches to gently engage the abdominals and improve coordination. From there, we build lower-body strength with a squat-to-scooter flow, before finishing with a standing stretch.
Take everything at your own pace and rest whenever you need. Jess is 9 weeks postpartum while filming, but every postnatal recovery is different - listen to your body and do what feels right for you.
I hope you enjoy the class x
