A short flow with the yoga ball, these are really nice exercises for labour prep and should leave you feeling more open in your hips and ribs. You can do this video a couple of times or pause if you want longer in the exercises - enjoy and really feel the movements!
As always take the class at your own pace and take pauses and rests when needed - Jess is 39 weeks pregnant when filming so it is a prenatal-friendly class.
