In this class we focus on hip openings - with cat/cows, a stretch in 4-point kneeling, half frog and sumo squats with hip shifts. I have (of course) sneaked in some strength work in there as well, but this left my body feeling amazing - and much less stiff than when I started, I hope you feel the same!
As always take the class at your own pace and take pauses and rests when needed - Jess is 39 weeks pregnant when filming so it is a prenatal-friendly class.
