This is a standing 20 minute flow, where we focus on combining our breath to engage and relax our pelvic floor. We focus on this through different movements, including heel lifts, squats and lunges. There’s also some balance work sprinkled in so have something nearby in case you need it for support!
As always take the class at your own pace and take pauses and rests when needed - Jess is 38 weeks pregnant when filming so it is a prenatal-friendly class.
