We start this class in seated for breath work, cat-cows followed by a mermaid stretch with a twist, before coming into side lying glutes. We then have a nice 4-point opening stretch before coming up to standing for sumo squats and arms. Try to use breath to support you throughout this class, and to also engage your pelvic floor.
As always take the class at your own pace and take pauses and rests when needed - Jess is 39 weeks pregnant when filming so it is a prenatal-friendly class.
