A 30-minute full-body class that starts and ends in standing. We warm up our lower body with heel lifts and then combine these with squats, before rolling down onto the mat. We move into a 4-point kneeling sequence, with some heart openings followed by bird-dogs to challenge our balance and shoulders, before coming into a side lying series to strengthen our glutes. We finish with a standing lunge sequence to get the heart rate up!
As always take the class at your own pace and take pauses and rests when needed.
