A full-body class which should hopefully leave you feeling energised. We start lying on our backs for shoulder bridges and ab curls, before moving into a (spicy) side lying series to really fire up those outer glutes. We then have a mermaid and kneeling arm series before the other side. We finish in standing for a squat to curtsey lunge flow.
As always take the class at your own pace and take pauses and rests when needed.
