A 30-minute full-body class - we start lying down for some bridges + ab curls, before coming into a side-lying position to strengthen our outer glutes. We then have a hip opening mermaid before coming into some arms (option to use weights if you have them), we then finish in standing for a squat sequence.
As always take the class at your own pace and take pauses and rests when needed.
