A spicy 30-minute full body class to leave you feeling strong and energised.
We start in standing before making our way onto the mat for a quadrupled series that targets both glutes, hamstrings and obliques. We have a release in a stretch and come into seated roll downs before moving onto the other side. The class finishes in standing for some squats to lunges.
As always do the class at your own pace and take pauses when needed.
