This class flows from standing, to quadrupled to standing, before working our way back to even out the sides. We transition through stretches to give you pauses between the more challenging moves - which I always enjoy to connect back into our bodies.
As always do the class at your own pace and take pauses when needed.

This 30-minute class starts lying down to warm up through your glutes in a bridge and your abdominals with ab curls. We transition up to standing with a kneeling arms and quadrupled leg series, before finishing with a quick (and spicy) curtsey lunge flow.
