A 30-minute full body class where we start in lying for some nice stretches for our lower body, before moving into a shoulder bridge and then chest lift sequence. We then come into some side lying to strengthen both our outer glutes and inner thighs, before coming into an oblique flow. We then have arms between sides. We finish in standing for a squat to lunge challenge before having a stretch to finish.
As always take the class at your own pace and take pauses and rests when needed.
