A 30-minute full body class - we start in standing for triceps, before rolling down onto the mat for bird dog, followed by a standing lunge series (with a balance challenge added in!), we then have sumo squats before working our way back on the opposite side. We finish with a lovely pigeon stretch to open out through our hips.
As always take the class at your own pace and take pauses and rests when needed.
