A 30-minute full body class, we start in seated for breath work and hip openings, before moving into a mermaid stretch and strength flow. We focus on glutes from a side lying position and have arms between sides. We have a knee hover flow to focus on our abs before transitioning up to standing for a squat to curtsey lunge flow. After all of the hard work we finish in a pigeon stretch to find our breath and space that we've created throughout the class.
As always take the class at your own pace, and take pauses and rests when needed.
