A nice and controlled 30 minute class, we strengthen our abs in a 4-point kneeling to plank sequence and engage through our glutes in a side-lying sequence (especially in what I refer to as the 'meat slicer' ha). Hopefully a fun and empowering flow!
As always do the class at your own pace and take pauses when needed.
