A dynamic 30 minute class where we start with roll downs from standing into plank (one of my favourite ways to get from standing to the mat). Together we move into single leg work from both a 4-point kneeling position and side lying, before ending the class in standing - back where we started.
As always do the class at your own pace and take pauses when needed.
