A full body 30 minute class where we start lying on our backs with some controlled abdominal and glute work, before moving into a more challenging glute and arm series, we finish the class in standing with some wide squats (with some spicy heel lifts put in as an option).
As always do the class at your own pace and take pauses when needed.
