This class is a spicy one - with a lot of single glute work to help create strength through your lower body, which helps to support pelvic stability. We combine all areas of your body to hopefully leave you feeling stronger in both body and mind by the end of the class.
As always take it at your own pace and take pauses when needed (you might want to have something to lean on for support during the end standing series).
