This is a nice flowy class, we have a shoulder bridge and ab sequence on our backs, so make sure you feel comfortable in this position before doing the class (I'm really enjoying being here at the moment!) We then move into some side lying glutes work, followed by some lovely stretches, before finishing the class with heel lifts in standing.
As always do the class at your own pace and take pauses when needed.
