This is a short flowy class, for when you want a bit of a stretch. We start on our backs (so only do this class if you feel comfortable lying) with hip and spine openers, we then move into a nice mermaid and hip stretch before finishing in seated. This felt just what I needed when I wasn't feeling myself - and I hope you feel a little bit better after it too!
As always do the class at your own pace and take pauses when needed.

A flowy class which starts on the mat and finishes in standing. After warming up in seated we start the more strength-based work in quadrupled, where we target whole body coordination. We finish with squats where we engage all of our muscles from our calves to our fingers with reaches.
