This is a full-body class, we start in seated for hip openers before coming into a clam series to target our outer glutes. We release with a lovely mermaid stretch before having an arm challenge between sides. We have quick ab strengthener before finishing in a wide sumo squat - hopefully leaving you feeling open through your hips and side waist.
As always take the class at your own pace and take pauses and rests when needed - Jess is 37 weeks pregnant when filming so it is a prenatal-friendly class.
