A 22 minute full body class where we start together in standing for heel lifts followed by squats and then triceps, before we move down onto the mat for some side glute and abdominal work. We finish with a juicy lizard stretch to really open out through your hips.
As always take the class at your own pace and take pauses and rests when needed - Jess is 33 weeks pregnant when filming so it is a prenatal-friendly class.
