In this class we challenge our balance - with a bird dog into single leg series in quadruped, to a standing squat to single leg balance flow at the end of the class. Option to have something nearby for support if you need it (such as a chair or a walk) - this should hopefully leave you feeling strong and empowered, especially through your feet and hips.
As always take the class at your own pace and take pauses and rests when needed - Jess is 32 weeks pregnant when filming so it is a prenatal-friendly class.
