This is a slower mat-based class where we focus on hip openings - it felt great in my body whilst pregnant and I hope it feels good in yours as well!
As always take the class at your own pace and take pauses and rests when needed - Jess is 27 weeks pregnant when filming so it is a prenatal-friendly class.
