We stay in standing for this class, to challenge our balance (feel free to have something nearby for support, ie. a wall or chair). I really enjoyed this flow and hope you do as well! We start with calf raises and standing abs, before making it more dynamic with single leg balances which are great for full-body strength. We then have some wide sumo squats and lunges before slowing down with an inner-thigh stretch.
As always take the class at your own pace and take pauses and rests when needed - Jess is 26 weeks pregnant when filming so it is a prenatal-friendly class.
