Pregnancy Pilates #63 | 20 minute control-based flow
Move Through Pregnancy with Jess (Second Trimester)
•
20m
This is a slightly slower class, where I focus on finding control in all of the exercises. We start in a bird-dog series to build pelvic stability and abdominal strength, before having a hip-opener stretch. We then come into kneeling arms and glutes before moving onto the other side. We then finish in standing for sumo squats (with some heel raises to build calf strength).
As always take the class at your own pace and take pauses and rests when needed - Jess is 27 weeks pregnant when filming so it is a prenatal-friendly class.
I hope you enjoy the class!
