This is a full-body class which focuses on balance (amazing for pelvic floor strength) - maybe have something nearby to support in case you need it! We start in standing for side lunges followed by single legs (this is where we really challenge that supporting leg!) before moving onto some work for our triceps. We then move down onto the mat for a bird-dog series, before finishing with a nice hip opener and hamstring stretch - this felt amazing for my hips.
As always take the class at your own pace and take pauses and rests when needed - Jess is 26 weeks pregnant when filming so it is a prenatal-friendly class.
