A more challenging full body class where we focus on the back of our legs and glutes - there’s also a quadrupled series to challenge our balance and abdominals slightly. We finish in standing for some glutes - to leave you feeling centred.
As always do the class at your own pace and take pauses when needed - Jess is 15 weeks pregnant when filming so it is a prenatal-friendly class.
