This is a slower, stretchy class where we focus on opening up through our hips and back, as these areas can feel tight during pregnancy. Hopefully this class leaves you feeling more open and relaxed!
As always do the class at your own pace, and take pauses when needed - Jess is 14 weeks pregnant when filming so it is a prenatal-friendly class.
