This is a bit of a different flow, we start in seated for hip openers and c-curves to get articulation in our spine. We then move onto some side glute work, before getting a nice cat/cow twist in our mermaid stretch. We have seated arms before moving onto the other side, before finishing the class in standing with some heel lifts.
As always do the class at your own pace and take pauses when needed - Jess is 13 weeks pregnant when filming so it is a prenatal-friendly class.
