A 27-minute class which focuses on pelvic control, glute strengthening and juicy hip openers. We start in standing with heel lifts before making our way down onto the mat for some quadrupled work, the class finishes with a standing lunge sequence to bring your heart rate up a bit, before having an opening lizard stretch to finish nice and calm.
As always do the class at your own pace and take pauses when needed - Jess is 14 weeks pregnant when filming so it is a prenatal-friendly class.
