We work our glutes in all angles in this class, from quadrupled to side lying and standing - broken up with some nice stretches to open up your glutes and hips. Nice shorter flow to feel you leaving energised. Maybe have a block or blanket handy in case you need them for support (block for under your hand, blanket for under your knee).
As always do the class at your own pace and take pauses when needed - Jess is 13 weeks pregnant when filming so it is a prenatal-friendly class.
