A longer sequence where we move our whole body - whilst tuning into our mind-body connection. This is a more challenging flow, with planks, seated abs and arms and lunges with a balance (make sure that you've got something nearby in case you need it for support). I found this a really energising flow!
As always do the class at your own pace and take pauses when needed.
