Join me on the mat for a full body flow - we start in seated for cat/cows before coming into a side lying series to really build strength in our outer glutes, before coming into an oblique focused flow. We then have a nice hip opening mermaid and arms before moving onto the other side. We have a squat challenge before finishing the class with a slow lizard stretch to leave you feeling open and calm.
As always take the class at your own pace and take pauses and rests when needed - Jess is 35 weeks pregnant when filming so it is a prenatal-friendly class.
