This is a nice flowy full-body class, we start in seated for some hip openers before coming into a side lying glute series. We then have a nice half frog stretch before working into our obliques and arms. We finish in standing for an opening sumo squat flow.
As always take the class at your own pace and take pauses and rests when needed - Jess is 31 weeks pregnant when filming so it is a prenatal-friendly class.
