This is a full-body class, which hopes to leave you feeling strong and energised. The class starts in seated, for hamstring and hip openings - setting us up well for the side-lying and 4-point kneeling glute series which follows. We've got some arm work and abs sprinkled in before finishing in standing with sumo squats.
As always take the class at your own pace and take pauses and rests when needed - Jess is 25 weeks pregnant when filming so it is a prenatal-friendly class.
