This is a lower body focused Pilates class. We start in standing for heel lifts which we then bring into squats - these together warm-up through our lower body. This sets us up for our 4-point kneeling and side lying series as we challenge our strength and control. We finish in a standing lunge series to hopefully leave you feeling strong and empowered!
As always take the class at your own pace and take pauses and rests when needed - Jess is 24 weeks pregnant when filming so it is a prenatal-friendly class.
