This is a 30-minute flow, where we focus on hip openings throughout. We have a 4-point kneeling series to both find space and strength in your outer glutes, followed by obliques to engage our side body. We then finish in standing for a squat to curtsey lunge series. A spicy but hopefully satisfying class!
As always take the class at your own pace and take pauses and rests when needed - Jess is 22 weeks pregnant when filming so it is a prenatal-friendly class.
