We start in seated for some hip openers and mermaids, before a side-lying glute series, with a kneeling arms flow in between sides. We have a sumo squat flow in standing to find space in rotation and through the back of your legs, before finishing the class with a nice lizard stretch.
As always take the class at your own pace and take pauses and rests when needed - Jess is 23 weeks pregnant when filming so it is a prenatal-friendly class.
