This class focuses on opening up our hips - we have a 4-point kneeling sequence which also works on our control and stability, followed by a tricep and glute focused flow in high-kneeling. The final challenge of class is some lunges with a balance (you can have something nearby for support), before we finish in a restorative pigeon stretch.
As always take the class at your own pace and take pauses and rests when needed - Jess is 22 weeks pregnant when filming so it is a prenatal-friendly class.
