A spicy standing flow which will get your heart rate up! We start with some stretches before coming into a side lunge to curtsey lunge series (a great way to strengthen all of your glut muscles!) We then have a standing arm sequence (option to have weights) before moving onto the other side.
As always take the class at your own pace and take pauses and rests when needed - Jess is 19 weeks pregnant when filming so it is a prenatal-friendly class.
