This class is all about our lower body - from glutes, to hamstrings, to calves. We start seated with some hip openings before moving into a single-leg series in a quadrupled position - we have a nice stretch and arm series in between sides (feel free to grab weights/tins if you want more of a challenge!) We then finish together in standing for a squat to lunge sequence where we challenge our balance and calves.
As always take the class at your own pace and take pauses when needed - Jess is 19 weeks pregnant when filming so it is a prenatal-friendly class.
