In this final class, we bring everything together with a dynamic, full-body flow that weaves spinal movement with strength, guiding you smoothly around the mat. It’s one of my favourite flows, and I hope you enjoy moving through it as much as I do.
As always, move at your own pace, listen to your body, and take breaks whenever you need.
