Welcome to Day 2 of this 7-day Pilates series, designed to ground your body, steady your mind, and help you rise feeling strong, balanced, and connected.
In today’s class, we focus on lateral flexion, moving through mermaid stretches that flow from the side glutes into the obliques. We’ll finish standing with sumo squats and side bends to build strength and mobility.
As always, move at your own pace, listen to your body, and take pauses or rests whenever you need.
